scam with preorders
This company runs a scam with preorders. Instead of charging you when the item actually ships they charge you on the day of PRE-ordering. I ordered and was charged the full price plus shipping on Feb. 6 , 2025. they had posted that the item was to arrive/ ship first week in March. On March 11 not having Yet received a shipping notice I called and was told that the item is expected in a week. I cancelled the order and required that the full funds be returned to my account asap. My confidence in their business model is zero...be warned these people are not reputable! *Updated 1 star for the thankful assistance from Corey in confirming my cancellation/ refund.

Hi Cyn, thank you for letting us know about your experience. We're very sorry to hear you felt deceived and let down, that was never our intention with the pre-order process. We tried to make it as clear as possible that customers would be paying for the product at the time of placing the pre-order. The Easy Breathers have arrived and are being shipped out at this time, just FYI. We'd love if you want to give us another shot at some point, but for the time being we're sorry for any miscommunication. Happy to hear that Cory was able to assist you in the meantime.
