NervilabsReviews of nervilabs.com

Total scam! The “airbag” or traction function stopped working after a few days and I contacted them. They asked for a video of the device so as to assess my claim, which I happily provided. I was then told yes my device was intact faulty and a new one would be dispatched to me. Many weeks passed of back and forth and me chasing them for updates on the whereabouts or status of my new device as well as being assured it was in transit. Today I received an email as if none of that every happened after I chased them up again telling me that my device worked fine and giving me instructions on how to use it properly , like it takes Albert Einstein to figure that out. So all the messages about the new device were total bullshit and I believe this whole company is a massive scam.

Automatic stopped working after a few days. Manual works ,but no heat8

I bought the Cervi Pro cervical device from Nervi Lab and received it in January. I was very unhappy with it. It makes a lot of noise and does not provide any relief. I reached out and was told to send a video. I sent the video in February and never heard back from them. I have reached out multiple times since, and the Emails get bounced back to me. I just want my money back! Its a very shady business and I do NOT recommend that you buy anything from them. There is no phone number to call, so it is very hard to get a resolution.

If there were no stars, I would do that. I ordered two products. The neck one worked, and I loved it. But the Lumbar Relief Pro did not work at all. I sent multiple emails to even replace the product to no avail. Then I asked for a refund if not replacing, and still no response. It is ridiculous. I just wanted support for back relief. But it is like they don't exist after purchase. No phone number to call, only email.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this company. I ordered a product on Jan 3rd and still have not received it and it’s the middle of March. Customer service will reply and just tell you it’s in transit. I got scammed

I was so excited to receive this product, which unfortunately did not work for me at all. I was actually interested in other products on the site however I will not be trusting this company ever again, as I have been trying to return the item for nearly two months now. I’ve had multiple correspondences with someone who keeps saying they will send me a pre-paid mailing label, but they do not. I never write reviews but this is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive product. I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of service and will never purchase here again.

I ordered the product because it says the shipping time was typically 5-8 days. We are now approaching week 3 and there have been zero tracking updates. I reached out several days ago and was informed that it will arrive within a "few days". Still nothing.
