I have ordered two Nero shorts which ended being bigger than expected but managed to exchange them for a much better fit size. The process was easy and received great help from the WhatsApp support. I just have put on one of the shorts and already feel very comfortable.

It is what it says it is. It's a pair of shorts with a soft merino liner and a cotton shell. That's the most positive thing I can say about it. When the shorts arrived, the shell had been pre treated with fabric softener which was washed off after the first wash. this indicates to me that they don't believe in the quality of their cotton. It doesn't feel like a high quality cotton either. Even if we trust them when they say it's organic, it still feels like a cheap short fibre cotton like upland cotton. The other problem is the stitching. It is lazy and clearly not straight. If you look at it, you can clearly see it's wonky. The sizing is also weird. The shell and the liner aren't very different in size. If you want a snug liner, be prepared to have a tight shell as well. Whereas if you prioritise a comfortable and regularly fitting shell, be prepared to have a loose liner. that is the option that I chose as I felt very exposed when I had the snug liner. They have excellent customer service. I emailed them asking for an exchange as I wasn't happy with the sizing of the first pair that I got and they were very quick to respond with a return slip to send back the shorts I ordered. Overall the shorts are fine, but definitely not worth the price

I ordered two pairs to take on a trip and they arrived a full week late and I never found the package. I asked Nero to replace them and they refused so I had to contest the purchase with my bank, which they happily complied with.

I’ve bought several pairs of shorts and the new singlets in the Nero range. All are outstanding quality. I requested an exchange on my singlets for a larger size, and found customer service to be very responsive. I hope these guys do really well as I haven’t yet found anyone else offering natural fabrics at the same quality and price.

It is pretty difficult to find a company committed to making quality products without any plastic. Of all the brands in this category, Nero is the best. Their product is the most comfortable and best looking. Not only that, but their communication is the best as well. They are very clear about their reasons, commitments, sourcing, etc. I genuinely love wearing their products and don’t own anything nearly as comfortable and would recommend them to anyone.

Have not needed company support because the products I have purchased are great. My newest purchase, the Air Vest, is fantastic. Unfortunately women are not in your sales demographic, but I ordered a men’s small and even though a little large, it works and the fabric is incredible!

very comfortable and breathable with no reaction with skin, being a natural material. need to wash properly, else it may ruin (accidentally ruined one), but great product with bit higher price. I hope they find the way to lower the price :P

I absolutely love the fabric. I have been trying to avoid polyester fabrics recently. Nero performs perfectly during heavy workouts.No plasticy feel. I hope they make a track pant soon! Thank you. Nero fabric!
