00 Flour and Hickory Syrup, Wow! Finding the pizza crust I make at home unacceptable and not being able to find 00 flour locally, I turned to the internet and discovered Nerd Bakery - I mean, who could resist a name like that? I ordered 2 bags of the 00 flour and, being a curious sort, decided to try the Hickory syrup...oh my, what a find! The order arrived when the Nerds said it would, was nicely packaged and undamaged. The 00 flour has helped my pizza crust be lighter and crispier, and the Hickory syrup is wonderful wherever you would use maple syrup. The Ginger syrup is outstanding, too. Really good company; I highly recommend it.
