The pumpkin spice syrup was amazing; however, I never received my order of cookies. My initial order was delayed so when I followed up on the status the first time, I received a nice response apologizing and letting me know they would send an extra syrup for the inconvenience. I finally received my one ordered syrup with a note saying my cookies were being shipped separately. I never received the cookies. I followed up multiple times via email with no response. No cookies, no refund. I would have gladly given 5 stars for the quality of the syrup but it wasn’t the only item I ordered and sadly I’ll never know how delicious the cookies may have been.

Order was placed on Monday, with an estimated delivery on Friday. Specifically ordered it for drinks on Halloween night(Saturday). Didn’t receive it on Friday or Saturday. Got an email on Monday that item would be shipped that day. I contacted them and the rep was apologetic and nice enough to give a $25 gift card. The product (Pumpkin spice syrup) was good, we like the quality ingredients. 1 star for shipping, four stars for customer service and product, overall three stars.

Just ordered the Pumpkin Spice, Hibiscus & Ginger and Madagascar Vanilla syrups. The pumpkin spice did not meet expectations in that the dominant flavor was ginger--not cinnamon/allspice/clove. The Hibiscus was also a little less disappointing for the same reason--more ginger, but hibiscus not strong enough. Should be fine as a mixer, but expected better. Haven't tried the Vanilla yet, but am hoping since is only a single flavor, should be ok.

I liked the flavors that I ordered but, there seems to be something " growing" or stuck to the inside of the bottom of my bottle of ginger.
