very unprofessional broker !!!! all the time this broker posted load with out contract!!!all the time ask some discount (like$200). all the time has some problem!! very bad , very scammer broker!!!

DO NOT TALK WITH JULIA SHE'S MENTALLY ILL. AND ACTS OVERLY NICE.. Do NOT use this company.. She promised my 2 vehicles would be picked up on a certain day 10 days in advance. We communicated daily and reassured me they would be picked up on that day.. 2 days before the pickup day Nobody got in touch with me at all and nobody ever showed up!!. She never apologized and ever got back with me.. I lost so much money planning around this that never happened because I had to make other travel arrangements. She should be totally ashamed of herself.

The company is dishonest and untrustworthy and do not care about the customer. They agreed with me on one price but advertised to drivers board very late (the day before my car pick up) with a much higher price $750 more! I was depending on them and they told me about this increase in shipping cost the day before my pickup. They are extremely unprofessional and does not listen to the customer's needs.

They never answer the calls, they always say that they will talk to the client and remain silent. Do not work with them, they are not professional

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a bait and switch scam. In September of 2023 I contacted this company for a transport from Massachusetts to Tampa are. I thought I did my homework and this company got a good rating on numerous sites. I spoke to Harry who gave me a quote of $700 this included his $100 fee that I was told would never go up. I signed the contract. Harry told me not to worry as there were thousands of trucks and this was a popular route. I was told that Harry would check in with me and then finalize the contract a few days before the trip. This made me a little nervous as that would be cutting it close but he assured me that this was the norm. Harry checked in with me once a months to tell me all was good and that there were plenty of trucks on my route. 3 days before the trip Harry said that he was having problems booking my trip he stated that all the trucks wanted more money. Keep in mind Harry stayed at the beginning my fee amount was based on thousands of trucks making this same trip at these exact dates in the past. His company could predict the fee. I was getting nervous. I had my flight the day after the car pickup. Harry contacted me again 2 days before the trip and he stated that the price was now $1400. Double the fee and that his fee was now $300. He apologized and said he did the best he could. I felt scammed! I was stuck and had no choice but to pay the fee. This was clearly a bait and switch scam! But I had no choice and payed. I will never use this company again and I advise no else to. They make you wait till the very end and know you have no choice but to pay their fees. Run away from this company.

I needed a Hummer H2 picked up in North charleston South Carolina and taken to Bham Al. I had 20 different companies that contacted me, but Neptune Auto Transport said that they could pick it up the next day. They gave me the contract to sign, and the phone number of the driver. THAT WAS THE VERY LADT TIME I EVER HEARD FROM THEM. I had to drive to Charleston leaving at 1am to get the HUMMER because they LIED. MISHA was the person that I talked to. That's the same person who have me the number to the SUPPOSED driver that never answered my calls either. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND ASK FOR AN UPFRONT FEE EVEN AFTER THEY STATE THAT NO UPFRONT FEES ATE NEEDED. LIARS AND ZERO COMMUNICATION. THEIR LIES COST ME OVER 1000 dollars and wasted 2 days.

Don’t rely on them for a timely delivery. They promise a 3 day delivery but in reality you’ll get it in 5. Forget about the contract it’s all about the drivers convenience not yours as a customer.

This unexpected demand for cash on delivery put me in an incredibly difficult position, as I was unprepared to provide the amount in cash. Their drivers showed up unreasonably late, at midnight, and insisted on cash or threatened to leave without delivering my car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and showcases their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. Moreover, their inability to fulfill my request for closed transport, even though they quoted me a higher price for it, shows their sheer incompetence and disregard for customer preferences. They claimed they could only find open transport, yet attempted to negotiate the price down slightly as if it were some sort of favor to me. The overall lack of transparency and integrity throughout this entire ordeal left me feeling utterly betrayed and taken advantage of. Communication with Neptune Auto Transport was an absolute nightmare. They consistently failed to respond to my text messages and emails, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer inquiries. When I resorted to calling them, their demeanor was dismissive, uncooperative, and far from helpful. It was a frustrating experience trying to get any information or resolution from them. In summary, Neptune Auto Transport is an untrustworthy and disreputable company that should be avoided at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, deceptive pricing practices, demand for cash payments, late delivery, and poor communication are indicative of their complete lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable auto transport company that actually cares about its customers. Neptune Auto Transport is simply not worth the trouble or the risk.
