Atendimento e apoio ao cliente acima da média, muito profissionais e com bom conhecimento técnico.

I have been using Neoxea services since 2021 and I couldn't be happier. I’ve had several poor experiences in the past with other providers in Portugal and therefore I started looking for a hosting service that could be a better fit to my needs, specially regarding the technical support provided. I was surprised at the beginning when I first contacted Neoxea and my decision to switch was very quick. It doesn't matter what my question is, day or night, I’ve always managed to get a fast and quality response from them (many times they went beyond what I was even expecting). They are by far the best and I highly recommend them. A special thanks to Rodolfo who has been the tech support specialist who has helped me the most and who has been tireless countless times. Keep up the good work!
