I had a small problem with the product ship which was rectified so easily. Eva in customer service really looked after me - thanks Eva!

Eva was excellent at every step. We worked on the design together, and she was able to meet our very tight timeframes so we could place our order with confidence that it would arrive on time. Big thank you to Eva for a great customer experience!

Mira and neonsigns.com have been nothing less than remarkable! Mira has been very kind, helpful, and patient with me as I went through the process of ordering my first custom sign for my business. In this day and age it is so refreshing to work with real people with great work ethic and are very efficient. My first sign arrived earlier than expected. This is now my second order because I was so pleased with my first experience. Thank you Mira and Neon Signs!

Quick and easy adjustments, easy transaction.

Mira is the best of the best! Always been there to support my businesses brand to look beyond imagination.

I ordered a custom sign for my new podcast studio and absolutely love how it turned out. After I ordered, I needed to change the size and Eva helped me out. I was nervous about making the change but she helped me feel totally confident that my order would be updated correctly - and she was right. My sign looks awesome. Thanks Eva and Neon Signs!

I am a repeat customer. This year Kelly needed to help me with the design of 4 different lapel pins, some with very detailed design features. My Sales Coordinator Kelly succeeded and all 4 lapel pins look great! They all arrived in perfect condition and are ready for my event. Kelly, thank you!

Eva did a phenomenal job with everything.
