I've purchased 2 signs from Crystal and I could not be more happy with the experience that i've received. She's quick with replies, very attentive, and very thorough. I had doubts with one of the signs I placed an order for because it was complex and they absolutely killed it! This is a very honest/ thorough review from a Canadian based in Calgary, AB. It may be important to note, that despite this company stating they are based in Canada, (or on other sites, in the USA), they are not. They are misrepresenting themselves in that way. First hint this was an overseas company, was when I was submitting my design in the middle of the night, and getting personal responses right away... at 3am (MST). Secondly, when an adjustment was being made, I was all of a sudden being quoted the same amount, but in $USD vs $CAD. There was this moment where I was worried I submitted a payment to a fake site. Finally, I received my tracking information, and indeed, my package was shipped from Asia. This being said, my experience with NeonSigns was very good. The customer service was great, fast replies were very helpful. They were eager for customer reviews, (which I said I would be happy to do once I received my actual product). The hint of distrust comes from the misrepresentation of where their home base is. (I was hoping to support locally). In the end, they got my custom sign to me in a much faster timeline than expected or promised, (about a 2 week turnaround time), and the sign itself is stunning. It's beautifully crafted. They took extra time to do a cut-out on the backing, which I had not paid for, and I was so thrilled. I would absolutely order from them again without any hesitation.
