Better than I’d hoped!
Honestly, we bought this for a trade show and it is such an attention grabber! We went with hot pink and it is 7 feet long and Im obsessed! Looked phenomenal, came quicker than expected, absolutely recommend!

Needed to return sign (tragic event happened and didn't need it anymore) and they refused to help. I'm out hundreds of dollars and they couldn't care less about trying to make this right.

Hey there, we’re really sorry to hear about what you’re going through, and we genuinely sympathize. But business is business. The product you purchased was custom-made, so we can’t resell it. We also double-checked with you, and you confirmed there wasn’t a quality issue—it’s just that you no longer need it. In this situation, we hope you understand that our policy doesn’t allow for a return. Thanks for your understanding.

RECOMMEND!! Great Customer Service!
Ordered a sign for my daughters wedding - had a bit of an issue with the Shipper (FedEx) - however, when I reached out to NEONSIGNLIFE, they were extremely responsible and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Neon Sign! (Item was also packaged EXTREMELY WELL!!)

I ordered a custom sign for my home office, and it turned out even better than I expected. The colors are vibrant, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The team was communicative throughout the process, and the sign arrived quicker than anticipated. I'll definitely be ordering from NeonsignLife again.
