I received the pkg via the US Postal Service, in a white plastic bag. The cellophane was broken open, and hard plastic containers inside were shattered. Over 1/4 of the little bars were broken in the pkg. I emailed the company and they asked that I take pictures and send to them, which I did. I haven't heard a thing from them since. It has been 4 weeks. Not an inexpensive product, but certainly a cheap one. With terrible customer service!

Can’t speak for the product since I still haven’t received it but I can speak to slow delivery, even after paying an additional $10.95, and poor customer service.
