My experience with Nelson Frank was great. It did take some time to find the right spot though. Some account managers will try to get you out to many clients. Some job seekers may want this approach. It was OK for me until I saw that I was talking to companies that I really had no desire to join. Once I aligned my goals with the recruiter, the experience was perfect. Each call or activity had purpose and an acknowledged desired outcome. If you are like me, make sure you are specific and clear on what your best scenario looks like. Only talk with places that check all the boxes.
