Nelson Frank has provided me with 2…
Nelson Frank has provided me with 2 opportunities in the past 4 years and in both cases my experience has been positive and rewarding. I value the integrity displayed by their consultants. They have always listened to my needs and attempted to match me to the right position with the utmost sincerity.

Discovered and hired a GREAT candidate
Ultimately ended up hiring a great candidate as a result of this process and was also presented with another very strong candidate that we could have hired. Nelson Frank team was easy to work and flexible. The screening of candidates could have been a little better. e.g. One candidate that was suggested to us to interview had a resume shared with us that was lacking in any sort of relevant details and was not of professional quality. This should never have been forwarded on.

Excellent Team to work with
I've been working with the Nelson Frank team for the past year and a half now, especially with Josh Hayes' division and I've appreciated their hard work and dedication. Josh has always been available when I needed to call him, and always followed up with me on submitted candidates. Great team.

Good company to work with.
The interview process was fast and clear. Then the onboarding was quick and Nelson Frank personnel was always willing to help. Unfortunately, when I got transferred to the client company as I become a direct hire with them Nelson Frank was unresponsive and it was hard to get through the final path. At the end it was a good step in my career.

Satisfied but have an issue
I would give 5 stars if I didn't have the later experience. Nelson Frank helped me find a job and i accepted the offer. After i started to work in new company, the recruiter still called me in a frequent schedule, at least once a week. I finally found it was annoying and stopped answer the call. She retried about 2 months.I don't know why she was so persistant and what she called me for.
