I have been buying from Nelson Coleman for over 30 years and never failed to receive the best treatment and most courteous attention.

The staff is always courteous. They deliver what they promise. Nelson Coleman continues to be one of Baltimore’s premier jewelers because of the quality and value they provide. When I needed a unique engagement ring, they worked with me to make it possible. When I needed a second ring to celebrate my wife’s consecration as a UMC bishop, they worked with me to make it possible. This is good stuff.

I when to Nelson Coleman to buy an engagement ring, there I met Lauren and she was an enormous help. She worked through everything with me from the diamond to the setting. My fiancée loves her engagement ring! Lauren is great and the entire staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend Nelson Coleman and there is no question that I will continue to do business with them.

I decided to go to Nelson Coleman to get my now wife's engagement ring. I went in and and spoke with Lauren. Lauren was very receptive and helpful. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything, nor did I get the normal slimy salesperson vibe. Lauren was a great as well as every other employee that we have dealt with there. I had walked out on several other jewelry stores prior, and did not once feel that way at Nelson Coleman. The employees at Nelson Coleman definitely seem to actually enjoy their jobs and the customers they serve. I also have no problem traveling over an hour one way to purchase my jewelry. I have purchased an engagement ring, wedding bands, and a watch from Nelson Coleman. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have used Nelson Coleman twice now-- once to have my family heirloom rings sized and again to purchase my husband's wedding band. Both experiences were wonderful. Michelle took great care of us and Erik, their jeweler, did an incredible job on both of our rings. There was a pre-existing nick in the center diamond on my wedding band that was a small concern because I was having the ring reduced by several sizes. It ended up being no issue at all, it came out perfectly. They even rushed my husband's wedding band being sized after we decided to elope last-minute and ended up needing it in a hurry. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to be customer.
