Time and time again they have worked with my husband to find timeless and romantic pieces of jewelry for any occasion. Excellent “personal” service. The representatives are just genuinely nice. From the purchase of a good pair of earrings for a Christmas gift to the repair of an very inexpensive sentimental piece these lovely people treat you like family. Oh, did I mention their gorgeous merchandise and outstanding repair department, where I have spent a bit of time. This is a gem of a shop.
