I purchase my order on-line, but needed to speak to one of their service representatives to help confirm the sizing of a pair of earing's I was looking at. They were extremely helpful, sent comparison photo's to help me. I would recommend them for future purchases.

Jaci is incredible! Somehow my wife found the store and started to work with her on ideas for an engagement ring. Since then we have moved to Durham, NC and prefer to work with Jaci at NCJ. The entire process for the engagement ring was not at all stressful. Price was absolutely reasonable and I am still happy with the custom design she work with us on. Then we got our wedding bands with her at NCJ as well. I still get a ton of compliments on my men's band which has some unique rose gold in it. I worked with her for a set of pearl earrings which wasn't a huge purchase, but there will definitely be more in the future. If I had more friends in the Baltimore area getting engaged/married I would absolutely recommend NCJ, especially Jaci!

Excellent experience.

Went in to sell an old family engagement set to fund the purchase of my own ring. Spoke with Jake who was extremely helpful and informative. Jake noticed an inconsistency in the paperwork I had with the stone and brought it to my attention. While it wasn't the greatest news, Jake was super pleasant and was never condescending. Jake walked me through the process and made me a reasonable offer. Rather than trying to force me into it, Jake gave me a list of a few other places to try where I might get a better offer! I wound up taking the stone to the place that did the initial appraisal years ago and got a better price (due to the issue Jake pointed out). Fantastic experience and informed staff. I'll be using Jake's expertise from now on!
