I only purchased the doppler because I would never really feel my baby kick until he was 30 weeks and the doppler gave me peace knowing ok he’s there no need to worry! If your a first time mom like me and worry a lot like me this is great! I don’t use it much anymore since I’m almost due and feel him everyday😊

I'm a two time mom, and it took me only 5 minutes to learns how to use the Neeva Doppler. I have actually been able to find my baby's heartbeat every time! Incredible little device :) My doctor and midwife both have multi-hundred dollar fetal dopplers, but i can say with 100% confidence the Neeva Baby Doppler performs just as well as those. I am so pleasantly surprised with the product at such a reasonable price, and the customer service team is so sweet. Thank you Tina for going out of your way to give me shipping updates and tips on how to use the doppler. She even sent me a free extra gel! talk about good customer service. I would definitely recommend this to any new mom, especially for at risk pregnancies like twins! A must have!

I’ve hated this product from the get go. I’m an OB nurse and use a Doppler for work frequently. When I put batteries in the Doppler it automatically said low battery and started beeping. I thought maybe it was my batteries and tried some other one. I tried 3 additional sets of batteries with no luck. It always says low battery and beeps. The static is unreal no matter how much gel I used. Impossible to hear a heartbeat through that static and the constant beeping. When I reached out their customer service was trash. They initially responded with a YouTube video of a how to using a Doppler that wasn’t even Neeva Baby. Obviously, this did help any of my issues especially not the batteries. After I responded that that isn’t helpful the ignored me and I had to keep reaching out. Don’t waste your time on them. I realize I probably just have a faulty device but their customer service is so bad I won’t bother to try and exchange it. Just returning it and I’ll take my money elsewhere. Edit: the company told me I could get a full refund IF I delete my review. I explained that they had already told me I would be getting a full refund regardless of my review. They finally issued a refund and stated that I do not have to return the item, but only after being bribed to remove my review all together. I will increase by one star.

I just got my Neeva Baby! I love it! It works great and it took only 4 days to come in! The peace of mind that this lil device provides is incredible!

I got my Doppler this week. I was super excited. From the start the device was not working correctly. Brand new batteries and it was saying they were half dead. When finally able to get baby’s heartbeat I was unable to hear it because an annoying beeping noise kept interfering. Also was WAY off with baby’s heart beat count. Was saying there was a HB of 230 something when I wasn’t hearing any heartbeat. Tried contacting The company and was told I would be contacted by someone, was NEVER contacted. Unable to return because it’s been opened and per their policy opened boxes can not be returned. Waste of money and I’m HIGHLY upset. Bought this to put myself at ease due to multiple losses previously. I’m feeling more uneasy now that I’ve used it.

It was the best decision I made! It came super fast! It’s great to hear my baby’s heartbeat! 100% would recommend!
