NeatopodReviews of neatopod.com

I discovered NeatoPOD on Reddit while researching POD companies after receiving a rightfully critical review due to poor print quality from one of the big POD companies. My experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I visited their website, I knew I was in good hands. Just look at the side-by-side comparison they show! Their customer service is truly the best - so helpful & fast. Alex is truly an expert in the field. The quality of the products from NeatoPOD is amazing. It far surpasses that of the "big POD players" out there. The attention to detail and the precision in their printing process is evident in every item I or my customers received. What also sets them apart is their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. They are willing to source garments that are not yet in their catalog. They will send you production photos – who else does that?! I highly recommend NeatoPOD to anyone looking for top-notch quality, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction. Thank you, NeatoPOD, for restoring my faith in POD companies!

Excellent print quality and quick turnaround times! I've ordered a few printed T-shirts from Neatopod and never had any issues, customers have always been pleased with the results!

I’ve been using Neatopod for several months and my experience with them has been a pleasant one. They do high quality print work, and they are quick in responding to any questions or concerns that you may have. Dealing with Alex has been very smooth, and he has been very informative and helpful along the way. I would recommend this business to others looking for a print on demand service.

I've had some experiences with POD services that were pretty fine, but I wanted to look for something that ensured quality prints. When I first found NeatoPOD, I was quite iffy on trying them out but because of how direct they are and how accommodating their customer service is, I now 100% fully trust them with my products. I'm beyond impressed with the quality of their prints and so are my customers! I can't thank them enough for assisting me with so much patience. Not only do I appreciate their service, but I am proud to work closely with an independent business. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve been using NeatoPOD for many years and the quality and service which they provide is second to none. I don’t think there is anyone in the industry who is anywhere close to them. When comparing to others such as Redbubble, Teepublic, POD or spreadsheet the print quality is always inconsistent, with NeatoPOD you know the quality of prints is always going to be extremely high and customers will always give feedback that they are surprised how crisp and clean the designs look. The team at NeatoPOD is always at hand to help you help if you have any queries or any issues. Highly recommend

I've been using Neato POD for around 8 months now and this is an easy 5 star review! As a full time artist who regularly creates designs for print I've found them to be an invaluable service for my small business. The prints are large, vibrant and are always receiving high praise from my customers. DTG printing can get a bad rep, there are many on demand sites that utilise this kind of print technology and produce sub-par prints, Neato is not one of them. They offer side by side comparisons so you don't just need to take my word for it, you can see for yourself. The prints are all done in house so the quality control is there and on the very few occasions I've needed to contact the team they have been excellent at helping me. Neato is a hidden gem in the industry, they actually care about what they do and it's nice to be able to support another small business.

I’ve been relying on Alex to produce my shirts for a few years now and they have always been top notch! My customers are always happy with the quality of their shirts. I’ll continue to work with NeatoPOD for future t-shirts!

Alex and his team at NeatoPOD are absolutely the best! They offer high quality prints and the customer service is top notch. I have been highly impressed working with NeatoPOD. When it comes to customer service Alex provides prompt and detailed responses to questions as well as excellence advice. I highly recommend NeatoPOD. Look no further and be confident in your choice. They offer excellent customer service and high quality products at a reasonable price.
