NeatopodReviews of neatopod.com

I'm not sure how to express how amazing my experience with Neatopod was! The quality of the shirt and printing was superior to any other service I've ever seen. The turnaround time, from placing the order, the shirt being made, and then it sipping, was just a matter of 3 days. Plus, their communication along the way was exceptional. I knew where things were in the process the whole time. I actually talked to the owner, Alex, about an issue and he was professional, friendly and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. I truly wish all companies were ran and managed like this!

Highly recommended! Alex is amazing to work with and NEATOPOD makes quality prints on a great selection of blank apparel. I had a few early experiences with DTG printing and was not crazy about the results. Still hopeful I kept looking and then tried NEATOPOD. After getting a sample printed, I noticed the colors were more vibrant, better details captured, etc. I was super impressed with the quality of their prints and so are my customers! Clean prints and the colors hold up! And if I ever need any help or have any questions, Alex always comes thru. Been printing with NEATOPOD ever since. I cannot recommended them enough. You will no be disappointed.

NeatoPod is my number one resource for quality apparel prints. I love that Alex is very responsive with communication if I ever have questions and his team work hard to keep print quality unmatched. Been utilizing their services for a long time now and they continue to be very dependable. Highly recommended!

I love working with Neatopod! Alex has been super helpful whenever I have a question or concern he is always great. I also love how I get sent production photos. It's touches like that, that makes them different from the bigger guys. The quality is amazing and the apparel options is what made me give them a shot!

One of my favorite POD companies to work with. I'm a stickler for quality, I don't trust a lot of companies to reproduce my art, it's why I still print my prints in house, but something I can't do is print my own shirts. Alex and his team are the GOATs when it comes to this. Communication is key and when I have a question, Alex is right there with an answer, he's quick, knowledgable and always polite. Quality, well like I said I trust these guys. The detail that they can capture onto a shirt is mind boggling. Other POD sites seem to just rush the process leaving some parts un readable and already looking like the shirts been through 50 washes, where as NeatPOD is the complete opposite! They capture all the crazy detail, the colors are crisp and clean, and even after 50 washes the colors and graphic still look amazing! If you're interested in getting your art printed on tee's look no further than NeatoPOD.

Pretty amazing experience. Endlessly helpful, Alex is an above and beyond person and business owner. I hope to continue working with him. His prints seem to be analyzed with a magnifying glass before shipping, quality stuff here. Oh yea and cheaper than the big guys!

On 3/18/24 I received my first sample product from NeatoPOD.com and the quality of their prints blew me away. I have worked with many POD companies over the last 5-ish years, and I can say with certainty that as of now, this is as good as it gets! If you're looking for quality products as well as quality prints, NeatoPOD is the place. As a small business providing print on demand products, I learned how important it is to have a solid and trusting line of communication with every hand involved in this kind of work. Communication with the NeatoPOD Team is nothing sort of superb and absolutely pleasant. They offere step by step information about how to upload your designs to their site. As well, they have a great FAQ section that provides all the important details about how to achieve the best print (following guidelines). All the information about shipping times and common POD questions is easily accessible. The site is user friendly and they have a direct email for any additional questions you may have. Alex at NeatoPOD was so kind and helpful to me. I can trust this team of POD experts with my customer's orders and I know this kind of quality is what keeps a POD shop in business with happy & returning clients. I strongly recommend giving NeatoPOD ✨

NeatoPOD surpassed all my expectations! After trying out numerous print on demand companies, I had become extremely discouraged thinking it was going to be impossible to find a production partner that I could rely on…one that would provide quality, consistency, and excellent customer service. NeatoPOD has exceeded in all areas. Before I placed my first order, I reached out through email explaining the issues I had experienced with other POD companies and asked about their process. Within a day, I received a detailed reply from Alex. Alex took each of my concerns one by one that I had had with other companies, explained what would have caused each issue, and then what NeatoPOD does to prevent those things from occurring. I was flabbergasted! I was actually getting a thoughtful and knowledgeable response from an individual who was directly involved in the print production. AND he offered to send me a sample of my choosing for free! I gladly accepted the offer and ordered a few other items as well. When my products arrived, I was over the moon impressed with the print quality, how vibrant the color was, and how well the end result matched my original design. Since that time, I have ordered several more garments and have been pleased with every one. Alex continues to be extremely helpful and responsive every time I have a question. He has also been very accommodating when I have had to special order items for clients that are not available directly through their POD website. Honestly, I can’t say just how fortunate I feel to have found NeatoPOD. Their work and their work ethic speak for themselves. If you have the need for print on demand services and you care about quality, consistency, and excellence customer service, search no further. NeatoPOD has you covered!
