The traditional mortgage process is broken. Buyers want a transparent, organized, and digital-first home loan experience. Instead, most lenders don’t offer visibility into basic questions like “What do I need to qualify?” or “Will I keep the same home loan rate by the end of this process?” At Neat, we aim to solve this mortgage mess, so we built a home financing company for the client first. Our platform allows home financing to happen in real-time, in a one-session process for greater speed and certainty.

Decided to give Neat Loans a try for a…
Decided to give Neat Loans a try for a refinance of my primary home loan. My primary lender was put off by my rather complicated financial picture including multiple rental properties. Paul Gresh and Brianna Nelson of Neat Loans were super friendly and accessible. They helped guide me through the process and the Neat Loans web portal made the whole experience seamless. As a veteran of many loans through multiple lenders, I was highly impressed with Neat. Would definitely recommend them!

Chuck and Team were Fantastic
Professional, Available, Transparent and FAST. Best experience I’ve ever had getting a loan. Chuck Threshie is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He made everything simple and easy. Neat Loans has a very efficient online platform and their support staff turns around all questions promptly. I knew where we were in the process the entire time. Also - they found me the best rate after shopping at 7 other providers. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using Chuck and the Neat Loan team again in the future.

Neat Loans (Chuck Threshie…)
Neat Loans (inparticular Chuck Threshie & his team) were really easy to work with. The underwriting process was very smooth and the pricing was super-competitive. I highly recommend Neat Loans to anyone looking to refinance a home mortgage or fund a new home purchase. You cannot go wrong with this team!
