The traditional mortgage process is broken. Buyers want a transparent, organized, and digital-first home loan experience. Instead, most lenders don’t offer visibility into basic questions like “What do I need to qualify?” or “Will I keep the same home loan rate by the end of this process?” At Neat, we aim to solve this mortgage mess, so we built a home financing company for the client first. Our platform allows home financing to happen in real-time, in a one-session process for greater speed and certainty.

Neat Review
I am a huge fan of Neat Capital’s Platinum mortgage product. In a highly competitive market it allowed my buyers to apply for their mortgage and get through the underwriting process before they searched for a home. Once they found the home of their dreams they found themselves in a multiple bid situation. The platinum loan allowed them to submit their bid free of a mortgage contingency, thereby giving them the edge to win the bid!

Great Loan Officers - Awesome Communication!

Smooth and Easy
