I ordered 2 items, the ferns were perfect, but the 3' ficus tree looks pathetic! It is not at all like the picture. When they asked me to review the ficus, they did not post my review because it was negative. Then then sent me another review request for the other item. If they can't be honest and post the negative review, why should I give them another review even if it was good? No way!

How did I not read these reviews?? My arrangement arrived in a bent and damaged box. The arrangement itself is skimpy and very cheap looking. I can’t even figure out how I could improve it with additional stems. I paid the extra money for free returns. Starting that process now. Terrible quality!’

This company is the greatest. Carlos helped me out and the quality of the plants are so real and the prices are very reasonable. They specialize in fake plants so you know your getting good quality.

Wish I saw these reviews first. Bought a 6ft tree and it looked horrendously fake. Luckily it was on sale so I didn’t pay too much. It went straight to the dumpster upon opening.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Nearly Natural. They should rename it to "Hardly Worth It". I ordered three plants, and they all looked like Charlie Browns Xmas Trees. They were so bare it was horrible. Good thing I paid the extra money to be able to return it, but they don't refund anything except the price of the plants. You lose any other money for taxes and shipping for the garbage they send. Yes, they keep the tax money even though you return the product. I guess I need to find out if that is legal. Do not buy from these people, unless you want to throw your money away. I have pictures of the trash they send

I ordered a 5' Acrea Palm and 7' Double Robelli palm, and they were both missing fond attachments. I called customer service, and Carlos responded to the inquiry, and sent me 2 brand new items (1 of each), as well as not requiring me to return the original items. It was frustrating at first, but at least they made it right.

I received two shipment from Nearly Natural using FedEx. the driver was going to deliver two packages that were so destroyed you could actually see the broken potted plants inside. I refused the delivery only to have Nearly Naturals customer service team suggest they items were delivered. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with FedEx. Since then I received a second package where FedEx placed the original destroyed box into another box and dropped off. I've taken pictures of everything and submitted to Nearly Naturals customer service email address. Tried calling to 786.292.0200 No one answers, then it hangs up! If I don't receive resolution soon I will contact the better business bureau. Starting to think this is a bad organization.

Nearly Natural delivered my Bougainville hanging basket with a rope hanger that was all lop sided. The rope hanger could not be adjustered to try to make the 3 sides hang evenly. I was very disappointed and expected better quality for the price I paid.
