Customer service did go above and beyond to help me fix an ordering issue I had. But… The riding jeans I bought on Final Sale last month, I have a major issue with. I wore them for the 3rd time today, and both sides on my inner thigh area have holes and have busted open. I thought they fit great, and have never had a pair of pants do this before. Glad I didn’t pay full price, but yeah… this definitely wouldn’t have protected me in crash!
