This is the worst card reader company I’ve dealt with im in the vending machine business and I’ve purchased a card reader from them at first they said if it was an issue on their side they would send a replacement well that was a lie after figuring out THEY SENT a faulty antenna they told me I would have to pay for the other antenna now i have a problem with them sending me my money off the vending machines I’ve called for a week I’ve called every department all the way to compliance and no one answers it’s like no one really works there it’s going on a month and I have yet to receive any money from my card reader at this point I’m ready to sue if nothing changes because I’m fed up this is highly unprofessional and highly ridiculous

⭐ 1/5 Leider kann ich Nayax nicht empfehlen. Seit mittlerweile rund 5 Monaten warten wir auf die Auszahlung erheblicher Kartenzahlungsumsätze. Trotz zahlreicher E-Mails, eingereichter Unterlagen und wiederholter Nachfragen wurden die offenen Beträge bis heute nicht vollständig ausgezahlt. Der Support ist aus unserer Sicht äußerst enttäuschend. Telefonisch erreicht man praktisch niemanden und hört oft nur Warteschleifenmusik. Per E-Mail wird man regelmäßig weiterverwiesen, ohne dass das eigentliche Problem gelöst wird. Besonders frustrierend ist der Eindruck, dass innerhalb der Nayax-Gruppe zwei völlig unterschiedliche Welten existieren. Die Nayax GmbH bzw. einzelne Mitarbeiter dort sind stets bemüht und versuchen zu helfen. Auf der anderen Seite steht die Compliance-Abteilung, bei der Prozesse scheinbar endlos dauern, Unterlagen mehrfach angefordert werden und selbst nach Monaten keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erreicht wird. Für uns als Automatenbetreiber ist es nicht akzeptabel, dass erhebliche Umsätze über einen derart langen Zeitraum nicht ausgezahlt werden. Wir sprechen hier nicht über Kleinstbeträge, sondern über Gelder, die unserem Unternehmen zustehen. Die Kommunikation, die Bearbeitungszeiten und die fehlenden Auszahlungen haben unser Vertrauen vollständig zerstört. Weitere Geräte werden wir nicht mehr über Nayax betreiben und wir prüfen bereits alternative Zahlungsanbieter. Sehr enttäuschend. Nie wieder Nayax.

שירות לקוחות גרוע, לא עונים לטלפון בזמן ראוי לא חוזרים למייל ששולח, חוותי תקלה עם המכשיר שאיבד הקמה. וביקשתי הוצאת דוחות של הקופה אך קיבלתי תשובה הזויה מנציג השירות .. ששירות הפקת הדוח הוא בתשלום למרות שאני משלם דמי שירות חודשי , בקופה שלי נעלם כל המידע וזו תקלה שעברתי מספר פעמים אך לפני היו שולחים לי הדוחות חלק מהשירות וכחלק מכישלון המערכת שכל פעם היא מתאפסת ומקבל הודעות גיאה בלתי נפסקות בסוף אני לא ממליץ בכלל על החברה הזו

Nayax is horrible in all the ways possible. Terminals are always giving error messages, needing to be reboot at least once per day in person. Trying to contact customer service is a pain, 80% of the time they do not respond and when they do all they say is the machine is working fine even when its not true. IF you are thinking about purchasing Nayax DONT! worst mistake I ever did.

This place is complete bullshit. There is one guy named John that’s been the best help I got. Hell I’m using them as a way to grow my money but I might as well go work for NAYAX because they don’t do shit all day. Complete waste of time and if I ever get the option I will go with someone else. Every part of this has been lies and misleading. I do one thing and they need something else after but the whole time I’m under the impression of “one last thing”. Currently have been on hold for over an hour and I’ve been able to get in contact one single time since 8:00AM it’s now 1:40PM(John). First time ever leaving a review for anything if that tells you anything. I don’t want much. I want to reach to a multimillion dollar company and actually get customer service on the line and use what I paid for. Clearly an upper level management problem, either that or they have thousands of calls coming in. In that case it’s still a management problem because why are there not enough people answering phones. I don’t want to give a bad look and I sure don’t want to bring karma onto myself but this is genuinely ridiculous and if I did it over again I probably would’ve went with someone else had I known. Granted, all that being said if it ends up being just fine then there’s plenty I can apologize for but I have 2 readers that had to be in this morning and I thought 2 weeks was more than enough time to get simple tasks done but I guess it’s not. My review- 1/5 as of now. It could change in the future but they earned their rating.

awful, been trying to register my card reader for 2 weeks now and have a festival coming up soon and still no luck, emailed, phoned around 16 times now- worst company i my POS Sigma: I've dealt with, cant even get through to even experience any customer service!!!!!!! Imagine being a company this large and letting yourself down with no customer service

We run public loos as a community service. The response by Nayax to problems has been dire. The reality of the Nayax service does not match their promises. As a community operation the cost of the system going down is very damaging to an essential facility.

Shocking customer service - been waiting weeks for an engineer and we are losing income on a daily basis - machines are unreliable and their charges are ridiculous considering their level of service - wish we had never signed up with them
