Found Nayax transactions on my credit card bill! Didn't even know they had been taking money from my account. Apparently, they can take money from your account EVERY TIME you use your credit card for a car wash, without even informing you of the additional charges. I have now identified £25.00 worth of these insidious charges on my credit card and they represent 3 times I used the car wash. To be clear: There was NO indication on the machine at the car wash that customers are charged extra each time they wash their car. Just the standard list of car wash fees, which I paid for. So that means every time I wash my car and pay £12.00, an EXTRA £10.00 is taken from my credit card! OUTRAGEOUS. No mention of this on the machine or at the garage. Daylight robbery, which I will be reporting to my bank to get the money back AND reporting them to the authorities for illegally taking money. Be warned. Each time you use your credit card at an automated machine at a garage, you could be charged high fees for doing so. They are supposed to issue warnings on the machines but in this case, it never happened.

They never fully activated my account and ignored emails. When I sold my machine and wanted to switch my nyax account to the buyer, they said that I never paid my bill. All of my information and emails said that I owed them $0. I still have not gotten any money from my sales and the links they send me aren’t working. So frustrating!

Terrible customer service. It seems like nayax doesn’t want customers for how bad their support is. Neither a ticket, nor one of the local nayax suppliers and nayax support itself replied after multiple attempts of reaching them. There’s no way to set up a device by yourself, but none of their team replies, so the device just can’t be activated. I can’t imagine even one of the 5 star reviews is real because u haven’t had one single pleasant experience with them. Tickets just get delayed so they get automatically closed. This has been going on for over a month now. Incredibly disappointing.

Great tech. Very clear screens. Menus. Options. Visibility. Abysmal customer service. The absolute worst. They don’t care one bit if your machines work or not. Mine stopped working. They could only comprehend putting it through “the system”. They didn’t care that 50% of the machines they sold me didn’t work. Would not recommend unless you are ready to become your own tech support. Have other payment methods available.

Absolutely terrible. Missed payments. Incompetent. Messed up the settings on the machines on multiple occasions. If you are buying a business that has anything to do with NAYAX I would strongly reconsider. Glad I am done with them!!!

Bought 3 of their cashless terminals. Nothing but problems. Terrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE. You'll lose days trying to resolve any issues.

Tried to set up an account and gave up and it was a very frustrating experience searched everywhere where I can manually set up the account but they make it dufficult. Should be links everywhere on their websites saying register your machine . They yave everything else on their websites 8ncluding their shoe sizes but when it comes to the most important part forget it . Tried scanning the QR code on the machine and didnr work . Tried to contact their support and they do not have support in Mexico in English. When I try to reset the 0assword and login info I dont get an email to reset or access account info. Only reason I got stuck with this rubbish companies machine was because it was already installed on my vending machine. If I could replace it with a simpler ,easier to use unit I would. I have had my vending machine over a year and stopped trying because of their poor customer support . You would think thry would want to help since they are loosing revenue !
