I can't say enough positive things about Craig. He took what was a nightmare of trying to navigate my way thru all the crap of signing up for Medicare benefits and made it a piece of cake. He started by educating me slowly instead of overwhelming me with information. Then when it came time to choose a plan he took a great deal of time to find out exactly what type of plan I needed, then he took even more time to help me find what would fit into my budget. I would without any hesitation refer Craig to anyone to get thru the medicare system with ease. I have never dealt with anyone in the insurance or medicare system that had as much knowledge, caring or compassion as Craig has. John Rather of Navigate Medigap is an amazing asset for seniors like my husband Joe and myself who are completely stymied by all the options in the barrage of Medicare documents and ads that reach us everyday. By some lucky star I managed to find John during my search two years ago for what to do as I entered the Medicare "age". That was a truly great day for me. He is so knowledgeable, calm, friendly and openly honest. He took all the stress off my shoulders and helped me easily "navigate" all the choices to come up with a great program that was economical also. Since that time two years ago, John stays in touch by email and phone and in each enrollment period makes suggestions that could save money and or strengthen coverage.
