was very reluctant to speak with anyone concerning insurance.john was very patient with our general lack of knowledge in insurance. we were taken ,one step at a time, thru all our options. we were e-mailed written material to study at our own pace. come to find out we needed different plans to meet our indivigual needs.truly a personable experience.

John Rather has been of untold assistance in dealing with my navigation of the maze that is Medicare. As with any government program you never know the problems or pitfalls until you run into them. John helped me every step of the way. Educating me about what is and is not available and how to get the most coverage for the fewest dollars. Don't know how I would have managed to navigate this quagmire without his help.

My friend Eileen recommended Craig Scites & Duane Robertson to me because Medicare was overwhelming to me. I spoke with Duane first & he looked up different insurance companies in my area. He also check to see if my current doctors & hospital was in their network. He sent me information in the mail to me. Craig called me several times because of my work schedule. He didn't give up on me. We finally were able to connect to enroll me on the insurance plan I had chosen. He was very helpful,patient, & polite with me during this process. He called the insurance company for me when I was unable to get my doctor's ID number for the application. He stayed on the phone with me to make sure all questions were answered correctly on the application and to answer all my questions & concerns I had. I'm so glad my friend recommended these guys for me. It's good to know there are still people that care about your needs and that you're not just a number but a human being. Craig sites worked with us on our timming and did a well informed job I think we will be pleased with Hammia medigap. We have been buying our insurance through the market place and I can tell you with out a dought its been the worest exsperince of our lives its a royal night mare.
