Ordered from naveetech.ca on Saturday and had the e-scooter delivered to my door on Wednesday. 2 business days, because Monday was ThanksGiving! The morning before receiving it, I went here on Trustpilot and got shocked. 1+ star is not something I’d expect. Was blaming myself for a second for not looking up before ordering. In just a few hours after this, I had the delivery guy handing the package to me. The tracking code provided was not valid. The only downside was tracking the order. Even on the website it would just be written “Order confirmed” since Saturday, when trying to see the status of it. So it was a surprise it came so fast. Thanks Navee. Will pray for safe rides and reliability. Looks sturdy and long-lasting. God Bless!

Well my experience has been very positive! Iive in Montreal and teceived my NAVEE G5 is less than 3 business days. I also own two Apollo scooters and ont from NIU. The big box with the scooter arrived from UPS inprtfect condition. Installation was very easy. And than I drove it and damn the shock absorbers do a fantastic job. It’s like flying you don’t necessarily feel the bumps and cracks on the road. I can even say that shocks are a bit better than my Apollo GO.I wanted to try a scooter from your NAVEE and I’m convinced and buy again from them! I also want to mention I go up a big set of stairs cause I live on the second floor and it’s not heavy at all. Like lifting a 45 pound weight

Ich habe einen NAVEE XT5 Ultra E-Scooter bei naveetech.de bestellt. Anfangs war ich wegen der zunächst etwas unklaren Sendungsverfolgung kurz unsicher, letztendlich hat aber alles problemlos funktioniert. Der Scooter wurde sicher verpackt geliefert und ist gestern nach 6 Werktagen unbeschädigt bei mir angekommen. Die Lieferung erfolgte über GEL Express. Der gesamte Bestellvorgang war unkompliziert und der Scooter entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Bestellung und der Lieferung sehr zufrieden und kann naveetech.de weiterempfehlen.

Alles gut gelaufen 3 Tage Lieferzeit. Nur schade das es keine kauf Bestätigung war wo ich es gekauft habe,hatte angst bißchen aber mit 2-3 Emails schreiben hat es gepasst am ende bin zufrieden . Auch mit der App hat es super geklappt
