DO NOT under any circumstances give NAV any credit card info. You will play hell trying to stop reoccurring charges to your card. Even if you contact them directly to cancel your subscription.

Trash! Waste of money. Was charging my business account $130 quarterly and didn’t even know it

Once you sign up and pay for NAV, you will likely endure serious frustrations utilizing their service. Their CASH FLOW page won't load so the one thing that could potentially have a huge impact on your company credit score is denied to you. Report this to their staff and you will be besieged by endless emails asking stupid questions like "Have you cleared your cache? Tried other browsers? Restarted your computer?" After repeating myself to Fletcher Davis - Customer Service Representative I gave up. He never did create a ticket to escalate my case to their developers and I finally gave up on NAV and signed up with their competitor. They get 2 stars for providing "some" free information but after submitting payment, all they did was waste my time and I accomplished nothing. Very disappointing.

Does not help whatsoever in PPP loan forgiveness. No search engine on their website either. I do not recommend at all.

Great company & very easy to contact customer service with any questions.
