Ils ne repondent pas non plus aux mails.Si vous essayez de les joindre vous tombez sur un répondeur téléphonique en roumain. Il s'agit d’une société roumaine avec son siège à Londres apparemment. November 12-én rendeltem tőlük, november 27-én kaptam üzenetet, hogy nincs raktáron, amit rendeltem, ezért törölték a megrendelésem, és visszatérítették a vásárlás összegét. Csakhogy ez nem történt meg. Ezt jeleztem feléjük egy hétfői napon, mire érkezett egy automatikus válasz, hogy köszönik a megkeresésemet, válaszolni fognak, de hétvégén nem dolgoznak... Azóta többször is írtam nekik, ezekre már semmi válasz nem érkezett...

Dacă vă uitați pe pagina lor inclusiv logoul a fost schimbat iar numerele de telefon șterse din data de 8 decembrie, când mai multe persoane au scris după reclamația mea.

Dont buy from them! I ordered from 14 november and never got anything and nobody answer to email or facebook! I made a complaint with my bank and police and hopefully we will find a way to get my money back!

Am comandat un sampon de pe acest mirobolant site pe data de 18.10.2025. In factura primita mi au comunicat ca pana in data de 15.11.2025 produsul imi va ajunge. Am dat 5-6 emailuri catre natyshop insa ce sa vezi NIMENI nu mi a raspuns. Sunt niste tepari ordinari. O sa le fac plangere la anpc pentru sediul din romania si pentru sediul din anglia o sa fac la autoritatea competenta de acolo. NU MAI COMANDATI DE LA EI NIMIC

I have reached out to them several times via email - the only way to contact them, by the way, with no response. People called them scammers before. I am only sorry I did not check before I ordered.

Pakken er kommet, men det var ikke uden besvær!
