Bună ziua! In data de 05.10.2026 am plasat o comanda pe site in valoare de 115 lei cu transport , platita , si nu a fost livrata nici pana azi!O livrati sau stau si va trimit mail-uri in fiecare zi?

Pentru cei care intentioneaza sa comande ceva de la ei, sincer va recomand sa nu o faceti. Atata neseriozitate si lipsa de profesionalism nu am mai intalnit. Nu raspund niciodata la telefon, nici la emailuri. Stiu doar sa atraga lumea prin intermediul site-ului, atata tot. Eu am completat dosar catre anpc.

Am comandat, am plătit cu cardul ca nu îți dă alta varianta și ce sa vezi teapa. Suni la ei nu răspunde nimeni. O sa fac plângere mai departe. Autoritățile sa se ocupe de ei.

Very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order on July 31st and contacted the shop on August 3rd to request cancellation if it could not arrive on time. I received no reply by email or WhatsApp. The order was only shipped on August 10th, without any shipping notification. I had to refuse the delivery, and I am still waiting for my refund. Poor communication and very unprofessional service. I will not order from this shop again.

I made an order over a month ago. Money transferred, no notifications, no answer when contacting them and haven’t received my order.

The order arrived after 15 days, during which I called them, sent emails, and messaged them on Facebook (they were posting during that time). By the time the order arrived, I no longer needed it. The customer–shop relationship is zero! I do not recommend them and I will never order from this shop again.
