My product was shipped on time and of good quality. I have been buying Natures Sunshine products for over 20 years and their products have worked very well for me.

I have been taking this product on and off as needed for close to three decades. It was recommended to me by a nurse as an alternative to prescription acid reflux drugs that require daily use. I am so glad that I followed her advice. Not only have I saved hundreds - possibly thousands - of dollars, but the gerd symptoms I used to have are completely under control.

It’s just day two on the detox and it is working. The taste isn’t bad and I drink it fast to avoid the idea of what I’m drinking. Normally my system doesn’t respond to laxatives but this is actually working. See you guys on the other side of healthy.

My vitamins come on time and I love the flexibility of delaying the shipment or moving it up if I need my order sooner.

I ordered the 10 day cleanse and a week later, I got an email that said they did not have the product, but not to worry. It will not affect my shipping costs. I have not heard a word since.
Response from Nature's Sunshine ProductsSep 22, 2026
We sincerely regret the delay and lack of communication regarding your cleanse order. We understand your frustration with the product's unavailability and the subsequent silence. We are actively looking into this matter to provide you with an update as soon as possible.
