I'm not new to natures sunshine. I've always loved their products from day 1. No fillers, not inordinate inedible particles. Pure natural herbs that work. I just received this new product yesterday so time will tell if it works like I need but hopefully it helps even if a little bit. I purchased this for mom. She needs to get fluid off her entire body. Fingers crossed. Time will tell.
