I customized my fiancé’s ring almost 3 years ago and it came out prettier than I thought. Everything was seamless and when I contacted customer service, they answered every questions I asked in a timely manner. It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately my fiancé’s ring isn’t circle anymore. After 2 years just for wearing it on a daily basis, her ring is almost in an oval shape. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen since she doesn’t really do anything that would turn it into that shape. I did reach out to get it fixed but it’s a bit pricey to just get the right shape. 5 stars for customer service though.

I guess naturesparkle is the best way to go if you really want a piece of jewelry that is worth to buy for. I remember looking at these types of stores when I don't have much money. And now here I am. Worked and grind and afford the most precious earrings for my 31st b-day! Thanks for shipping it on time also!
