We have several facilities, one of which is located in the Batangas region, not the Bahamas. However, this makes no difference, as all our facilities operate under the same standards and undergo multiple safety and laboratory tests before the extract is shipped. The first stop is China because it provides the fastest and safest shipping route to guarantee our 8-day delivery time. However, we assure you that our product is not manufactured in China. We also want to clarify that the delays you’re seeing aren’t directly caused by us. They’re due to customs and local carriers, which, unfortunately, we don’t have control over. On top of that, as we’ve mentioned before, our product doesn’t come from China, it’s shipped from the Philippines, which is about 1,500 kilometers away. The reason China is the first stop is that it’s the largest and fastest international postal hub. It’s the most reliable way to ensure the delivery time of 8 days. That said, we’re working on improving our tracking system so that you’ll soon be able to see the journey starting directly from our warehouse in the Philippines. Your order was handed over to your local distribution center on January 8, 2025, where it is currently delayed. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as we cannot influence the operations of local companies.
