I have not received product yet. My tracking says a label has been ordered. And then I’m asked to write a review. Well crap service and no product.

As we shared, we processed your order and mailed out the parcel within 24 hours. We completely understand your frustration with the US post office. When USPS tracking indicates "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility", We have absolutely no control over this and are equally frustrated with them.
