I did not receive my spicy ghost pepper almonds in my snack mix. I was very disappointed. If there was a 0 star option that is what I would have chosen. I hope you take this into consideration… I recommend you double check your snack mixed carefully.

We have been trying to get an issue with our order corrected for more than 3 weeks. Nature's Garden has not returned any phone calls and only responded to one of our emails. Customer service used to be good, but it is currently non-existent. Unprofessional at best!

I paid an extra $4 for the expedited shipping but it still arrived late! On the expected arrival date I emailed them about it but they opted to wait three days until it showed out for delivery to say if I hadn't got it by end of day I could get a refund! That's some kind customer service. Talk about a poor way to do business. All about getting that money and nothing else matters after that

After attempting to contact the company by phone and email to attempt to change the delivery address for an order I recieved absolute 0 contact from customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. Will not be using for my.purchases again.

Horrible customer service that could not answer simple questions about candle making products *they* created. Their fragrance oils are also very unbalanced: either weak, overpowering, or just plain stink.

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this company is a joke. Read the "Famous Candle Manual" and you'll laugh your way through it. Our company has been chandling for 30 years, and we tried Joy Wax and some other products from this company. The Joy Wax is an expensive gimmick wax that we ended up throwing out. It was horrible. FOs also were not as good as many other companies. Customer service was horrible when we contacted them with questions about Joy Wax, which only THEY sell...and they could not give us specific information about it. Nobody there (including the owner) has a clue how to make a decent candle.

Horrible customer service. Scents are weak and diluted. They are slow to respond to emails. If there is a complaint they don't respond at all. They don't care about their loyal customers at all. Going to another company that has better customer service and product.
