Ordered some oils, paid….. charged instantly. Never receive any shipping info…. So I message them…. They tell me I have to pick it up at their warehouse in OHIO!? I was like wait what!? They said you didn’t pay for shipping. I stated that was never an option!! What the heck. So they then invoice me on PayPal for the shipping!? how bizarre. Once paid, next day Informed via email all items ordered out of stock/ back ordered. What kind of business is going on here! I was shocked I actually did get refunded. But something fishy is going on here 10/10 don’t recommend.

Ich fühle mich absolut fehlgeleitet und habe leider ein falsches Produkt bestellt. Beim Lesen eines Interviews Spiegel mit v. Hirschhausen bei Microsoft News wurde ich auf natures garden geleitet und bestellte ein Produkt das leider nichts mit dem zu tun hat, das Thema des Interviews war. Im Text des Interviews war sehr oft in grünen Buchstaben - natures garden - eingefügt und so entstand der Eindruck, daß dies das diskutierte Produkt ist. Leider habe ich es dann bestellt und bekam ganz einfaches CBD Pulver in Kapseln gesendet. Bei der Angabe der Inhaltsstoffe konnte ich erkennen, das hat mit dem von mir gewünschten Produkt nichts zu tun. Wie konnte das logo natures garden in dieses Interview gelangen??? Ist der Inhalt der Kapseln wirklich CBD, es gibt kein Zertifikat. Es gibt keine Firmen Rechnung, weder online noch in der Lieferung. Nur der Rechnungsbetrag kam von Klarna. Es gibt keinen Retourenschein. Ein sehr seltsames Gebahren.

Firmaet sendte mig et forkert produkt. Jeg havde ikke bestilt CBD Gummies, men et præparat mod kolesterol.

I was warned by a friend not to use this company as she has never received an order she placed and customer service has never responded to any correspondence. So to test the site out I ordered one thing. Never received my order and no response from customer services. I have reported this company to trading standards and the police fraud team.

Har bestilt for ca 5 uger siden og har stadig ikke modtaget mit produkt, i bliver ved med at skrive de bliver afsendt den og den dato men der sker ikke noget, så skriver næste dag nu bliver den afsendt næste dag og sådan bliver i ved, modtager jeg snart min sending? Hilsen Iver Thorsen

I bought two packages of 100 capsules of Cayenne 450 MG, and from the beginning I noticed that I did not feel the tingling sensation that I felt when taking Swanson, Cayenne, 450 mg capsules. As I was suspicious, I opened one capsule and tasted the powder inside to find that the white powder was tasteless and odorless, therefore I believe that Cayenne 450 MG capsules are not made of Cayenne pepper! I tried to contact them but their customer service is terrible so I haven't been able to complain to anyone. I would definitely warn all potential customers to avoid this company!

Poor customer service and fragrances are not what is described.

I have used Victorian Rose fragrance oil for a long time in my cold process soaps and scrubs without any problem. It was a small batch usage to test the waters and how people react to that fragrance. We had good results, leveled up our production to bulk, and ordered 25 lbs. As you know, that is an investment. After we used that 25-pound batch, our cold process soaps turned completely yellow. Our scrubs were also ridden yellow. I informed customer service about the situation and sought a replacement or refund. They said it was not their fault they tested the batch, that nothing terrible happened with them, and that they could not help with anything. I use hundreds of fragrance oils, and never happened to me this kind of thing, and there is no support. Since then, I decided that business that does not support my company will not support their business. They are great until you hit a problem. After that point, they disappear. I cannot help that kind of business to make their money on us. I hope they will pay for their lousy customer service soon. Please think twice before ordering anything from them! I wish I could attach photos here, but they do not let me.
