I ordered CBD capsules after reading a BBC report by TV Doctor Hillary on Facebook saying how good this product is. Having received them with no paperwork and no literature, hence no information about the formula/ingredients I am beginning to feel I have been scammed, please prove me wrong Nature's Garden.

Das ist ein absoluter fehlkauf . Herr hirschhausen hat nie für diese Firma ein Interview gegeben. Er hat rechtliche Schritte gegen diese falsche erfundene Werbung unter seinem Namen eingeleitet. Das Produkt enthält keines der genannten Produkte. Leider ist keine komunikation oder Rücksendung möglich. Also in jedem Fall Finger weg von dieser Firma. Ich ärgere mich sehr, dass ich darauf rein gefallen bin.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.10 min nach der Bestellung sofort storniert trotzdem wurde das Produkt versendet. Hab die Annahme verweigert danach keine Antwort mehr von der Firma. Dank Pay Pal Käuferschutz bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Absoluter Fake das ganze bloss nichts da bestellen !!!!!!!!!

Agressive Werbung. Produkt gar nicht erhalten. Unmögliche Vorgehensweise. Würde niemals mehr da was bestellen. Hirschhausen für so einen Fake zu verwenden. Unmöglich!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered from Nature’s Garden multiple times, and each time, something has been wrong with my order. During the holidays, they offered a coupon, but after I placed my order, they claimed I wasn’t supposed to use it—along with many other customers. Instead of honoring the discount, they attempted to withhold my already paid-for order. It took over a month of back-and-forth just to get my items released. Beyond that, they have shipped me the wrong order, sent my order to someone else, and provided poor customer service each time. Their response has consistently been dismissive, with comments like, “Sometimes things like that just happen.” Most recently, I placed and paid for an order, receiving a confirmation email and a shipping notification 24 hours later. Then, another 24 hours after that, I was informed that my items were on backorder, and my money was being refunded because they “didn’t have the product.” When I asked why I had received a shipping confirmation, they simply said it was an automated email and refused to engage further. This company is completely unorganized, has terrible customer service, and does not seem to care about its customers. I have all the emails and documentation to prove it. Buyer beware—you may not receive your order, get someone else’s, or wait months to receive what you paid for.

This company continues to use Mary Berry’s name to recommend their product in 2025. I foolishly fell for it, before discovering this is a fraudulent claim. I have not been able to e-mail Customer Services for a refund.

Took my money and never received product. They said it’s because there’s many scam sites like them so be careful. But they are the actual scam site because that’s who I paid 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be warned, do not buy anything from this site. It’s a scam
