The items came intact. Nothing was leaking. Which is always a plus I hate having a mess to clean up and losing money, then having to contact them and tell them that I had an issue. Luckily I have been ordering for you guys for years and only had that happen once which is awesome. I also received my order in a reasonable amount of time, which is also very appreciated.

Shopping and shipping were great, everything arrived quickly and without any issues. I did take off one star because the Narcissist fragrance I purchased isn’t very strong. I can barely smell it in the laundry soap I made, which was a bit disappointing. However, The Perfect Man Fragrance Oil was very strong, just as expected.

The item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Was packaged well and the single note citrus fragrance was right on point. Very satisfied and good prices. Will be using again as this is my second order.

The fragrances were readily available, the shipment was free, and they reached the destination in a reasonable time.

Fragrance oils are amazng. I have several that are customer favorites. And I love the Pillar of Blissi wax.

I still have a problem with the shipping. The shipping cost as much as 10 more pounds of wax. Crazy high

I ordered SLSa, but I received SLS. Took a few days to get a response, but once I did, my product was replaced and I was able to keep the incorrect material as well. Overall satisfied with the customer service though I wish the response time was quicker.

Love the scents. One of the bottles leaked however, and I lost a bit of the fragrance and had to clean off the rest of the bottles. But the package smelled great! The mailman loved it. lol
