Nature's Garden is a joke
Nature's Garden is a joke. I am an experienced chandler who has been making candles for over 20 years. Their scents are weak and do not perform near as well as many others I have used. The Joy Wax they created is also garbage - AND very expensive for a soy wax. (How can you promote a wax that has no fragrance load percentages listed, AND that is also not consistent in how it's made?? I tried it... it's garbage.) I asked questions regarding a common wax (that they do not sell) in combination with one of their products. They stated since " I wasn't using a wax they sell" they couldn't give me any information. Their lack of knowledge, especially the owners, is astounding. I also wrote about an order I was expecting and their response message started out with the words "I seen that you ordered...." I seen? If your going to respond and do customer service, at least use proper English! This is the worst and most uneducated candle company I've ever dealt with. I read their supposed "Famous Candle Manual" and laughed all the way through reading it. This manual is nothing short of a recipe for disaster, *especially* for those new to candle making. If you want great advice, service and products? Use Lone Star or Aztec.
