Got my order today 8-10-26 and I am so happy. No problem here. It took 11 days but I am happy with my order even though it went from India to Germany to Belgium to Tennessee (got stuck in Customs and I had to message the company to put the right info on the Customs' form) then to California. That's when the FedEx guy delivered my package to the neighbors 2 streets away, then I called FedEx and gps showed exactly where the package had been delivered and yes I drove to their house and got my package 3 hours after it had been delivered. All of this had nothing (much) to do with the company so they actually get a 4.5 star. Still happy in Southern California and I will order from them again because this essential oil smells great. Oils are usually a hit and miss anyway but this one is good (and the same oil from Etsy smelled like a skunk-really).

So, I've ordered from this company twice (today was my second order) and both times have been pretty good experiences. I specifically ordered; www . natureinbottle . com -Vanilla Infused Jojoba: Second time ordering Love the scent. Very rich vanilla smell. -Vanilla Absolute: Love this essential oil. You will need to dilute in mixtures using a Frac' Coco Oil or similar. Doesn't carry in CP Soap. Great for Body Butters. -Rose Hydrosol; Translucent/Clear Color, but fragrant. -Vanilla Hydrosol: Translucent/Clear Color, Strong vanilla smell in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised. -Lemon Fragrance Oil: Just OK. Not as strong as I would have liked. -Vanilla Fragrance Oil: Smells like the Vanilla Absolute. Rich vanilla smell. I like. I'm not a Scientist so I can't speak to the purity of the products. I really hope they are as described on the website. So far I haven't had any bad reactions. I did notice the shipper name is different a; ETHEREAL INGREDIENTS PRIVATE LTD whose website has a similar theme so I imagine they are the same people that own it. FYI: The shipment took about 9-10 days from ordering to delivery. I'm in the US. Not sure what happened with everyone else on here, but I felt compelled to give my feedback as mine experience was positive. I for sure plan on getting more Vanilla Hydrosol.
