Thus far my experiences with them, to include deliveries within a few days have not been too bad. The only problem I experienced is the country I live in wanting to charge me extra import tax, although when I placed my orders it stated no extra taxes would be charged. Still waiting to have this rectified by them. I am to receive a credit on my account. The first time I placed an order, it appeared twice on my cc. They fixed it as soon as I let them know. Taking a second look at the website I noticed that the number and location is in the US. My packages came from France. I will need to reach out to them on this. With this said, I do live in Europe and this might be why my packages appear to come from France.
