Ordered a tree #5 container. Arrived watered with full leaves in color. Love it!

I purchased a coral bark Japanese maple tree at the end of October 30, 2020, and it arrived well packaged on November 12th. The tree looked alive, and I planted it two days later. Some of the leaves died in route, but some were still yellow. The root ball was substantial but dry. However, when we order plants and trees through the mail, what do we expect?! That's a gamble we take. So, here's hoping for a vibrant tree! 😁

Thank you for my wisteria tree, it arrived in good condition and is thriving so far.

Plant took roughly two months to come in. Customer service was extremely hard to get through however when they did actually pick up the phone. The staff member was extremely courteous and apologetic and explained that the wild fires in California had disrupted their shipment. When the plant did arrive, it was extremely healthy and continues to flourish. Can’t wait to see the blooms next year on my red ribbon rose.

I have purchased multiple plants from Nature Hills Nursey. All my plants are doing well. They are a great resource to by plants. The only downside is the plants can get a little pricey.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was price. The hazelnut shrubs were outstanding! They even bloomed! Not sure if they are going to put any nuts on but for south Central South Dakota I am very happy!

Placed several orders this spring. All plants arrived in very good condition in well-packaged boxes. All plants transplanted well and are thriving. I liked the size options and variety of plants offered. Only complaint was a strawberry plant I ordered was on the extremely small size, but it was healthy and has grown well. Shipping times are varied, but that was fine with me. Definitely would buy from again in the future.

Very satisfied with this online nursery. The plants I purchased were in excellent condition. The shipping was right on time. Great selection also.
