About Nature Hills Nursery

Nature Hills Nursery is America's largest online plant nursery, family-owned and operated since 2001. We sell trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, fruit trees, and ornamental grasses, with more than 3,000 varieties to choose from, and we ship directly to gardeners across the United States.Every plant we sell is nursery-grade, grown to a size that's ready to establish in your landscape. Orders ship on a zone-matched schedule, so your plants arrive when it's safe to put them in the ground where you live. Our Plant Sentry™ system checks each order against state and federal agricultural regulations, which means you'll never receive a plant that can't legally or safely grow in your area. Our Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every plant for 45 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, you choose the remedy: a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Most nurseries offer replacements only.In 2025, Nature Hills came under new management and rebuilt how orders move from the nursery to your door. We now work with a smaller group of high-quality growing partners to reduce shipping errors, and we added a dedicated customer support team that answers by email and phone. If anything isn't right with your order, reach out and we'll help you resolve it.We also publish planting guides, care instructions, and buying advice written by people who grow plants for a living. Whether you're planting your first privacy hedge or adding to a mature garden, we'll help you plant with confidence.

Happy with my purchase
My plants came quickly. Wrapped very well. The plants had not been damaged in shipping. I replanted them that day. They are growing beautifully and actually better than I could have imagined. Very pleased with this purchase and will buy again from this company.

Successful purchase experience, very happy with purchase and experience with company
Ordered 3 TulipTrees which came as scheduled and in time. Was a little nervous with the shipping time and if plants would survive. I planted them as soon as they came, in late fall 2022, and they are now blooming with new leaves and branches. Will buy again when looking for my next tree or shrubbery.

Nature Hills Nursery online
I have purchased many plants online from Nature Hills Nursery over the past several years as I am an active landscaper for my residential property. I have chosen this company as their plants are high quality and very well established in containers, which saves an incredible amount of time for growers. Their plants arrive healthy, robust, and ready to place in the ground. Outstanding customer service is icing on the cake. Plants arrive very soon after ordering.
