About Nature Hills Nursery

Nature Hills Nursery is America's largest online plant nursery, family-owned and operated since 2001. We sell trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, fruit trees, and ornamental grasses, with more than 3,000 varieties to choose from, and we ship directly to gardeners across the United States.Every plant we sell is nursery-grade, grown to a size that's ready to establish in your landscape. Orders ship on a zone-matched schedule, so your plants arrive when it's safe to put them in the ground where you live. Our Plant Sentry™ system checks each order against state and federal agricultural regulations, which means you'll never receive a plant that can't legally or safely grow in your area. Our Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every plant for 45 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, you choose the remedy: a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Most nurseries offer replacements only.In 2025, Nature Hills came under new management and rebuilt how orders move from the nursery to your door. We now work with a smaller group of high-quality growing partners to reduce shipping errors, and we added a dedicated customer support team that answers by email and phone. If anything isn't right with your order, reach out and we'll help you resolve it.We also publish planting guides, care instructions, and buying advice written by people who grow plants for a living. Whether you're planting your first privacy hedge or adding to a mature garden, we'll help you plant with confidence.

Best Place for all of your planting needs
Everything I’ve ever bought has been amazing! Plants, trees, everything is very healthy and always packaged extremely well, and shipped in a timely fashion. Nature Hills Nursery is my favorite place to shop! I wish I had more money to spend, I’d definitely buy more this month.

I ordered a Vanilla Stawberry…
I ordered a Vanilla Stawberry Hydrangeas Tree. It was promised to be 4-5ft high. That is exactly what I received. I have to mention the packaging of the tree. We live in the South and it is still very warm here. I was concerned about the tree drying out before I received it. No problem with that because it was shipped in a pot with soil, and the pot had plastic over it to keep it from drying out. Also the tree had support around it to help keep it from shifting around in the box. My tree arrived nicely trimmed and with healthy green leaves even though it’s a little late in the season. I couldn’t be more pleased with its condition and the packaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

Nice Job! I have ordered two different trees…
Nice job! I have ordered two different trees (that I couldn’t get locally) at two different times of the year. They were both delivered in decent shape (for being in a box for a few days!) and we’re in great shape after being in the ground for a couple weeks. Customer service was great. I ended up calling to place one of my orders since I was attempting to use a coupon that wasn’t working by email. The representative was able to get the discount for me and was very helpful regarding the shipping info. and what to do if the tree was damaged. Good company. Good product. I will use them again.
