Don't do it! I wouldn't even have given it a star at all. Their website is terribly coded and their products are always out of stock. I tried Brandless.com and they don't suck.

Do not use Naturebox. I agree with the other posters that have complaimed about their deceptive billing and "subscription" service. They now charge your card UP FRONT! even though you haven't ordered anything... then tell you you have a credit to use - "use it before it expires!" they say Do not sign up for this service. They used to be a decent company but this new pricing is extremely deceptive. The other reviewers that like the service have just not had to deal with the billing problems yet. The snacks are ok, its the billing practice that stinks

I had no idea that I had subscribed when I ordered the sample pack. I wasn't very impressed, so I didn't reorder. I unsubscribed from their emails. I got another one. I put it to junk without reading, apparently. They automatically "upgraded" my account when I didn't respond to that email! I never get anything (on purpose) if there is an automatic subscription. They will not refund my credit even though they never sent any more snacks. They did say they stopped my subscription. If they do not cancel it, I will have to report them as abusive to my bank.

Another scam company. They do not tell you, but they will automatically sign you up for a membership that you cannot cancel and you cannot delete your account. This is what they say on their website if you want to know how to delete your account: "We are happy to help you with any account updates. Our Snack Concierges are available to chat online Monday-Friday from 5:00AM-6:00PM PST and Saturday-Sunday from 7:00AM-4:00PM PST. (Just look for the Contact Us button at the top of the page and you will be able to either chat us or send an SMS message). To ensure that all account updates are completed promptly, please contact us at least five days prior to your next billing date. We cannot refund or stop a shipment once an order has processed. Membership fees and Store Credits are non-refundable. Membership fees are applied as Store Credit and can be used for product purchases within 12 months." Seriously, this is the sole reason how you can tell that they just want to steal your money. Because they don't give any refunds even if you never allowed this. They straight up tell you in the FAQ to delete your account that you just can't. you have to go through them and it BETTER be within 5 days, otherwise they get another $5 out of your account before they tell you to f*** off. Everyone giving good reviews on here probably don't even realize that this is a thing because, again, the website does not tell you that they're doing this. And the best part about this is the "37 out of 242 found this helpful". Look at this Naturebox. This is the reason you guys have 3 stars on here. Give people their money back that you easily stole, or at least make it so I can cancel my membership. Don't even bother with your garbage copy and paste "we want to email you to sort this out" BS either. If you want to fix this then help everyone out and make it so you can just cancel the membership instead of making it that there's no way out. That is the only way I am going to change my ratings and to ensure that you guys get any good future ratings. People aren't stupid. They will realize that you've been stealing their money and they will come back and change their reviews

Do not sign up for this BS. I received a $1 box, and no where in the description did it mention signing up for a $50 membership. Low and behold, a week after I get the box, $50 comes out of my account. I did not agree to this, I did not authorize this. There's no way to cancel this crap on my account, and this 'business' has no phone number to reach anyone for customer service. I have disputed this charge with my bank, and I WILL be getting my money back.

This company is a huge scam! When I realized they had been taking $5 a month from my account, I called to complain--but they would not refund my money! So, I told them to cancel and I had to go ahead and "spend" the "credits" in my account! Now, they have just stolen $50 from my account they said for a "membership fee"! I never agreed to that and I don't want anything more from them--but they refuse to refund my $50! Avoid this company at all costs--they are a scam and they will steal your money!

My experience with NatureBox is similar to others that have been shared here. I saw a promotion for a discounted product on Facebook and followed the link. I decided to give it a try and made my purchase. At no time was I informed that making a purchase meant signing up for a paid monthly membership. A month later I noticed a charge on my bank statement from NatureBox. I did some digging (since the cause was not apparent) and found that I had been signed up for a membership without my consent. I quickly got in contact with them since you cannot cancel your subscription by yourself. The one positive note is that their response was quick and professional. The money was not refunded. All in all one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.

Do not ever, ever order from NATUREBOX! They steal from your checking account!! I ordered from them months ago, now, months later they took money from my checking account without asking or my ordering anything. They refused to credit it back. I tried to remove my checking info from their website, but it won't let you! I spoke to Nick there he wouldn't do anything to help me except delete my checking acct info. I explained that I am not working for five years now due to disability and not receiving a paycheck. Also this is creating a hardship. He didn't care! It is illegal to access someone's checking account without their authorization!!!!! People please protect your money! NATUREBOX STEALS FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!
