Quick shipping!

I've ordered twice now from this company, and both times found the product I was looking for at a lower price than anywhere else. Shipping fee was totally reasonable, and my order arrived sooner than I expected! I feel like I can count on this company and will not hesitate to order from them again.

The items I bought for my dog were about 40% cheaper than I found anywhere else and they were shipped quickly and reasonably!

I bought differents dog treats and my pet loves them :)

Without a doubt this is one of the worst online experiences I've had. I ordered several items including 5 bags of a dry roasted chicken treat. They crammed everything in to a flat rate shipping box (my guess is to maximize profit) even though they really didn't fit. The 5 bags of these treats as well as others were crushed into into tiny pieces. In the one bag I open over 40% of the treats were pulverized into the size of the crumbs you find at the bottom of the bag. My first e-mail complaining wasn't responded to. After my second one they said they used the same packaging before without problems and said sorry I thought the pieces were too small. I have since sent another e-mail with a picture so they better under the problem. I have yet to hear from them. Their prices may be low, but it's not a good deal if 40% f the product is unusable.

We were happy with the treats and the flat rate shipping. Received order in two days after ordering.

These guys have been providing Bentley with toys and treats for over a year now. Very reliable.
