They have competitive prices and carry many products. Shipping is fast. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner when I called about a product label ingredient. He took the time to calculate that company's change in measurement and this assured me it was the same.

The chew sticks provided were 30% of the size in the photos. They have shrunk the size and quality of the chew sticks. What arrived in no way resembled what they are advertising on their website. However, the owner was unaware the manufacturer was shortchanging customers and he made it right by refunding my purchase. I would do business with him again.
