This small company goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. They told me when they were getting a shipment of elk antlers and sent me lighter ones as I requested. I will get all my products from them from now on.

This is a small, family-owned company and it shows in their care and responsiveness. When I placed an order, my items were out of stock but they emailed me and I was able to choose an alternative that then shipped very quickly. They carry Frankly Pet chews, which are the longest lasting digestible non-rawhide chews I've tried for my dog, who loves them. I will keep ordering!
